I’m a bioinformatics & melanoma 🧬 researcher currently interning at the Laboratory for Molecular Cancer Biology @ VIB-CCB analyzing multi-omics data.
Previously, I graduated from the undergraduate program of Genomic Sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (LCGEJ-UNAM 🇲🇽) and I was an intern at The Cancer Genetics & Bioinformatics Lab @ LIIGH-UNAM developing machine learning models.
I look at cells doing cell things 🦠 and ask a computer 💻 to help me make sense of it. Sometimes I post about that journey in my blog.
